Sarah is an experienced consultant in sustainable leadership practices, organisational behaviour change and learning initiatives. She has experience working internationally with organisations including AMP, KPMG, Capgemini, Schneider Electric, Trip Advisor, McDonalds, Qantas and UL LLC. Sarah’s experience as a learning professional is diverse and spans end-to-end project consulting, needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation and coaching.

Utilising her specialist knowledge in interpersonal communication, together with adult learning principles and business acumen, she is quick to identify the behavioural drivers that aid and obstruct engagement with people initiatives. Her focus is on understanding the core need of a cohort, the best way to reach them and how to make the solution stick. Using a variety of mediums, Sarah sees creativity and agility at the heart of any successful project and enjoys incorporating play into the learning arena to ensure sustainable change and business impact.
